Bill of Lading Form

A bill of lading is a document issued by the shipping company to document the process of transporting shipments to guarantee the rights of all the parties taking part in the shipment process: the shipping company, the owner of the shipment, and the recipient of the order.

The document, in turn, documents an agreement indicating the responsibility of the person responsible for the shipment of the goods, as well as providing the right of ownership of the shipment to the receiving party.
